The Collision Collective is built on trust between member shops, supplier partners and our team.
Integrity. Members and partners are expected to act honestly, report purchases accurately, and honor the terms of the programs they participate in.
Accurate purchasing information. Members provide accurate purchasing information and let us know when it changes, such as a new distributor or paint contract. Supplier partners report purchases and rebates accurately and on time, so members receive what they have earned.
Use of member purchasing data. Purchasing information a member shares with the Collective, and that we share with a supplier partner, may be used only to administer, verify and pay the Collective's programs. Supplier partners may not disclose it to others or use it for any other purpose, and must protect it with reasonable safeguards.
Confidentiality. Negotiated pricing, program terms and member information shared within the Collective are confidential and may not be disclosed outside it.
Fair competition. Participation in the Collective must comply with all applicable laws, including antitrust and competition laws. Members do not share or coordinate on retail pricing to consumers or insurers. One member's purchasing information is never shared with another member, and supplier partners do not coordinate with each other using information from the Collective.
Reporting data concerns. Anyone who believes member information has been misused or disclosed without authorization must tell us promptly at info@collisioncollective.com.
Respect. We expect professional, respectful conduct in every interaction across the Collective.
Consequences. Breaking this code may lead to removal from the Collective's programs.
Reporting. Concerns can be raised confidentially at info@collisioncollective.com.
