Privacy Policy

Last updated September 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Collision Collective ("we", "us") collects and uses information when you visit collisioncollective.com or submit a form on it.

Information we collect. When you submit a membership or supplier inquiry, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, company, position, email address, phone number, address and the business information you choose to share. We also collect basic, aggregated website usage data. Only if you accept cookies, Google Analytics and Google Ads also record how you use the site and whether you completed one of our forms, so we can measure our advertising; they receive which form was completed, never the details you entered. You can decline cookies in the banner shown on your first visit.

Purchasing information. The membership inquiry also asks how your shop buys today: your paint, allied product and parts brands, distributors and suppliers, approximate annual spend, whether you are under a paint contract, and your rental car and shop management system suppliers. We record the date and time you authorize us to use this information.

Quick rebate check. When you take our quick rebate check, we collect your answers (your approximate paint and materials spend, parts spend and monthly rental days, which of your purchases earn rebates today, and your paint contract status) along with your name, shop name, email and, if you choose, your phone number. We use them to prepare your results and to contact you about them and about our programs. We do not share your quick check answers with suppliers without your permission.

Press kit requests. When you request our press kit, we collect your name, publication or company, work email and how you plan to use the kit. If we approve your request, we record which files you download through your private link.

Referral links. If you arrive through a partner's link or QR code, we store a small cookie containing only that partner's code for 30 days, so we can credit the partner if you take the quick rebate check or send an inquiry. It contains no information about you.

How we use it. We use your information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate membership or partnership, and communicate with you about the Collective. With your authorization, we use your purchasing information to assess your rebate opportunities and to negotiate and collect rebates and incentives for your business. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing. We share information with service providers that help us operate this website (such as our hosting and database providers), and when required by law. To negotiate, verify and collect rebates for your business, we may share your purchasing information with the relevant suppliers, distributors and program partners, limited to what is needed for that purpose.

Retention. We keep inquiry and purchasing information for as long as needed to respond to you, administer rebates for your business and maintain our business records.

Your choices. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your authorization to use your purchasing information, by emailing info@collisioncollective.com. Withdrawing your authorization stops future use; it does not undo rebates already negotiated or collected.

Changes. We may update this policy; the date above shows when it last changed.
