Information you submit. When you submit a membership or supplier inquiry, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to provide it on behalf of your business.
Purchasing information and rebate authorization. If you authorize us on the membership inquiry to use your purchasing information, you allow Collision Collective to use it to assess your rebate opportunities and to negotiate and collect rebates for your business, including sharing it with the relevant suppliers, distributors and program partners as described in our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw this authorization at any time by emailing info@collisioncollective.com. Withdrawal stops future use but does not affect rebates already negotiated or collected.
No guaranteed results. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee membership, and we do not guarantee any particular rebate, incentive or savings. Example figures on this site, such as the sample data in product screenshots, are illustrative, and results vary by shop.
Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share information submitted through this site.
Intellectual property. The Collision Collective name, logo and site content belong to Collision Collective and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of liability. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Collision Collective is not liable for any damages arising from use of the site.
